I was able to scale the bootstrapped startup to annual revenues of $5MM with a very healthy net profit. Conversion rates hit 8% and customer retention is 70-80% due to remarketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives.

Eagle Media USA

Eagle Media USA was a manufacturer of health and beauty products. In my role as fractional CMO I oversaw the launch of the DTC E-commerce store. The DTC division revenues soon exceeded the manufacturing part of the business. The company was able to grow exponentially until being acquired by a private equity firm.
